The <span id=\"lw_1264002255_2\">public trial issue<\/span> was preserved in the post trial motion\u00a0but the conviction was affirmed by the <span id=\"lw_1264002255_3\">Georgia Supreme Court<\/span>.\u00a0 However, in a\u00a0<em>per curium<\/em>\u00a0decision by the <span id=\"lw_1264002255_4\" style=\"BACKGROUND: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%; CURSOR: hand; BORDER-BOTTOM: medium none\">U.S. Supreme Court<\/span> on 1\/19\/10, the <span id=\"lw_1264002255_5\" style=\"CURSOR: hand; BORDER-BOTTOM: #0066cc 1px dashed\">Sixth Amendment right<\/span> to a public trial, including voir doir, was vindicated.
